Department of Technology Mission Statement
The dedicated MDHS Technology Department enables the MDHS community to realize the role of technology in the classroom in the 21st Century. Through the use of technological resources, the MDHS Technology Department supports MDHS programs for instruction, research, student services and administration. The Technology Department also facilitates an environment that provides individuals with opportunities to achieve competence through experience.
In pursuit of this mission the Technology Department:
provides a modern, robust, reliable and secure information technology infrastructure to the MDHS community
supports the use of technology to enable academic innovation in teaching and learning
provides wireless access to information anytime, anywhere
anticipates and satisfies the needs of the community in a timely manner
promotes and develops partnerships to empower campus-wide use of technology
develops a community that is adaptable to the technological changes
