SUMMER CAMPS FOR ALL AGES

Intro to Guitar

Instructor: Mrs. Terri Willox

Beginning students will learn chords, strums, and finger-picking styles. They will be able to play easy to moderate rhythm guitar, depending on time spent practicing.

Participants need their own guitar ( a standard six string acoustic is preferable for beginners, but a twelve string acoustic guitar or an electric guitar with an amp will be acceptable) They should also bring a “thin” or “medium” guitar pick In addition, a flexible (plastic 3-ring binder is needed for hand-outs.)
