Recreational Flag Football

Recreational Boys Flag Football (Grades 7-9, 10-12)

Participants can learn the basics of football, as well as getting in shape for the upcoming season. Each day participants will participate in a variety of football orientated drills, followed by inter-squad scrimmages.

• Wear comfortable clothes (shorts, t-shirt), sneakers or cleats
• Bring water and/or Gatorade
• May bring a light healthy snack (fruit, protein bar, etc.) but it is not necessary

Directions to Whitty Road from MDHS

Exit MDHS/Church parking lot and make a right onto Hooper Avenue. Turn left on to Route 37 West. At the next traffic light (Main Street/Route 166) turn right. At the next traffic light bear right onto Old Freehold Road. Take Old Freehold Road about 3-4 miles. Turn right onto Whitty Road and the Athletic fields are located on the left.
